Collapse ▲Classes for the Extension Master Gardener℠ speaker bureau has been scheduled For January, February and March. The classes include:
January 10- Gardening 101 For Cherokee County
This class is targeted for new residents and beginner gardeners. Topics to be covered will include zone identification, site selection, soil testing, and local resources.
The class will discuss methodology, timing, and seed selection. We are asking everyone to bring a clear, clean plastic gallon milk jug.
Learn the different methods of composting.
Each class begins at 6:00 p.m. at our meeting room located at Konehete Park which is located at 699 Connahetta Street. Cost for each Class is $7.00 and you must preregister to attend.
