NC 4-H Honor ClubHonor Club Members – are you looking for a chance to reconnect with other Honor Club Members? Join us for the 2023 Honor Club Conference! Honor Club Conference will be at Millstone 4-H Camp June 2nd-4th 2023. It is an exciting time to be able to reconnect with honor club members from the mountains to the coast. Each year members will conduct the annual business session and complete the selection of new members. Members will also participate in a service project at Millstone 4-H camp, as well as have downtime to catch up with friends and enjoy the fun water recreational activities that Millstone has to offer. I hope YOU can join us at Millstone 4-H Camp on the first weekend in June. If you have any questions you can send an email to NC 4-H Honor Club President-Elect Cecilia Tadt at ceciliatadt@gmail.com.

On Friday, members can check-in and enjoy an ice cream social to reconnect with members. On Saturday morning, members will attend the business meeting. For lunch, we will have Jersey’s Mikes. When registering for the event, include the type of sub you want as it will be made just for you. We will select new honor club members that will be tapped in at the NC 4-H Congress in July. Members will then have the opportunity for SERVICE on events committees. After the business sessions, members can enjoy the evening by participating in water activities at Milestone 4-H Camp. This year we will be bringing back the collaborative family picnic dinner on Saturday night. On Sunday, we will be putting our hands to larger SERVICE by participating in service projects. After the service projects we will round off the weekend by closing business meetings, and safe travels home!
