US Capitol Building Animated
Every four years, our nation inaugurates a President and a Vice President. Today, January 20, 2021, the tradition continues. Inauguration Day is a great time for students to learn about government, leadership, and citizenship. We would like to encourage youth in Pender County to watch the inauguration ceremony LIVE or watch the recording after school. We have created an activity sheet for them to complete and to reflect upon. To reward them for completing the activity, we will send them a 4-H prize in the mail for FREE!

Once complete, scan or take a picture of your completed sheet, and email it to Liz at liz_peterson@ncsu.edu. Include your name or your child’s name and we will be in touch to send you your 4-H prize.

Deadline to submit a completed activity sheet is Friday, January 22.

4-H membership is NOT required but children should reside in Pender County, North Carolina, or be active in 4-H in Pender County if they do not reside in the county. Open to youth in grades K-12.
